McGladrey is currently conducting a search for a Consulting Manager for our Risk Advisory Services Practice in the Chicago marketplace.

Practice Overview:

The Risk Advisory Services (RAS) Practice assists clients in managing operational, financial, compliance and technology risk as well as designing and implementing process improvements that can lead to increased revenue or cost containment. Along with other Business Consulting Practices, RAS helps clients across various industries address the increasingly complex operational, governance and regulatory challenges faced by those responsible for managing or overseeing dynamic businesses. McGladrey has a very strong Financial Services practice that serves over 2000 institutions for their audit, tax and consulting needs.

The Risk Advisory Service solutions include: Internal Audit, Information Technology Internal Audit, Loan Review, Security and Privacy, Sarbanes Oxley Advisory, Contract Compliance, Cost Recovery, Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Anti-Fraud, and Industry Driven Regulatory Compliance.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Certification:

CIA, CISA and/or CPA highly desirable.

Experience:

5+ years of Public Accounting, Risk Advisory, or Internal Audit

Prior leadership experience in a Public Accounting/Client Service environment.

Experience managing client relationships, and leveraging them to sell Firm solutions.

Expertise, thought leadership, and a track record of success in delivering risk advisory solutions.
