Planning Engineer

Job Description:
  • To assist the Senior Planning Engineer in ensuring the coordination and maintain the control of the scheduling of the Project activities in liaison with the internal and external Parties involved in those activities. The relevant tasks include: (a) issuance of various schedules and monitoring dashboards ; (b) collection of information from the various Parties ; (c) monitoring and updating of those schedules.
  • To coordinate the scheduling side of the permitting plan of the project in liaison with the PT WBN permitting team located in Jakarta and Halmahera. The relevant tasks include the issuance of necessary Permitting plan dashboard and schedules, in order to ensure that the permitting activities are scheduled and monitored on track with the needs of the project.
  • Reporting on an operational and functional point of view to the Project Control Manager/Senior Planning Engineer of the Project.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree with relevant major
  • Prior experience in project scheduling and planning - execution activities and/or risk management is necessary
  • Computer Knowledge : Primavera Project Planner, MS Project, MS Office
