Job Description :

  • responsible and accountable for the entire pastry kitchen operation
  • must be Hands-On in every aspect of the kitchen, including and not limited to produce pastry products and maintain food and hygiene standards.
  • providing hands on training and education to pastry kitchen staffs

 Requirements
  • Male, age maximum 38 years old.
  • Minimum experience 5 years in a Pastry Industry
  • Education minimum D3 in hospitality
  • Having strong knowledge of all variant both pastry & bakery products.
  • Strong leadership skill and good management
  • Excellent in communication and team work
  • Ability to train existing and new junior staff
  • Very good creative and innovation skills
