• Ÿ  Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in oil & gas company or rig business company
• Ÿ  Has experience in close out AFE according with drilling & work over activities
• Ÿ  Relevant hands on experience in all aspects of related drilling activities as mentioned above
• Ÿ  Possess good analytical drilling engineering skills
• Ÿ  Knowledge and understanding of well pressure control (blowout prevention, drilling and coring bits, well deviation, fishing, drilling locations for exploration ventures in remotes areas, derrick loading determination, calculation of maximum allowable wear of Kelly, drill string design, calculation of loads in wire, drilling hydraulics calculations, calculation of dogleg angle and severity, calculation of bore hole position and fishing
• Ÿ  Has presentation and reporting skills are also essential to ensure effective deployment and utilization of the Exploration & Development Department deliverables
