Clearly understand the retail business, mission, challenges, business initiatives and business model.
Consult with leaders in the applicable geography to influence and facilitate the development of their organizational priorities and related change initiatives.
Proactively identify major issues and build effective solutions
Successfully drive key HR rhythm of the business processes with clients, including Performance Management, Career Development, MS Poll and more; and uses these activities as a platform for further influencing and enabling positive change within the organization.

Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of directly applicable HR experience, preferably in a Retail or Services environment. A BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred. Retail industry experience a plus; Must have demonstrated competence in supporting and facilitating the day-to-day HR needs of a diverse population, employee relations, organizational development, coaching, training and development and an understanding of compensation and benefits. The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving, constantly changing environment is imperative; Experience working with managers and multi-client groups required; Candidates must have demonstrated skills in the areas of: business acumen, consulting, systems thinking, data analysis, project management, in a human resources role and structure. Candidates must also be willing to travel as required up to 75% of the time.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Provide world-class scaled service to a portfolio of advertisers and agencies.
•Partner with Sales in pre-sales engagement work including developing proposals and campaign strategies that tie tightly with each client’s media plans.
•Drive against both aggressive ‘all-up’ revenue targets in partnership with Sales and product-specific goals established by the Business Group around both core Display offerings in Brand Reserve and Network, and new / incubated products like Mobile, Massive and more.
•Drive established goals across relevant KPIs and balance business yield focused eCPMs with client desired metrics.
•Plan, execute and report on advertising campaigns spanning brand, audience, and performance display including:
•Front-line client relations for servicing and management
•On-boarding new customers and agencies
•Utilizing advanced analytics to identify opportunities for current and prospective customers
•Setting up accounts and developing customized campaign strategies
•Data conversion for customers advertising with competitors
•Coordinating creative upload and editorial review
•Proactively trouble-shooting the approval process for the creative upload

Qualifications:Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant technical field experience.
- Minimum 3 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with delivering consulting services, including involvement in selling services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise-level project management (SOWs, contract management, risk management, staffing) or equivalent experience.

Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated success developing client relationships.
- Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies such as HTTP, DNS, SSL, TCP/IP, streaming, etc.
- Experience with products and processes related to security, digital media, broadcasting or online publishing.

The Technical Project Manager will focus on retail and travel customers as a member of the Commerce Services team. The Commerce Services team is an experienced group of industry experts and Internet technologists working with working with the top retailers in the IR 100, the next up and coming retailers and the largest travel companies in North America. From a range of backgrounds across the Commerce sector, they engage with our customers to consult on industry best practices, design and build quality solutions, and always maintain the highest quality customer service.

Responsibilities:- Work independently or lead small technical teams with Akamai commerce customers to evaluate their web architecture and deliver the appropriate integration solution. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating the customers’ content management and publishing processes, web application architecture, security requirements, DNS configurations, and provide detailed documentation for a custom solution that satisfies the customers’ business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with customers and pre-sales teams to manage and implement customer trials, propose technically feasible solutions and set accurate expectations on effort and timelines for integration. Establish success criteria and act as the single point of contact for the customer for all technical issues and project deliverables.
- Create and manage to proposals, Statements of Work and detailed project plans for customer integrations including timelines and effort estimates.
- Work closely with Account Management, Sales professionals, engineering, product development and Customer Care to resolve issues that arise during customer integrations.
- Identify new product features and additional sales opportunities during trials and integrations and communication of the same to product development and sales teams.
- Track and document status and time spent on customer integrations.
- Participate in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improving our methodology and quality of integrations.
- Review quality of customer integrations.
- Minimal travel to supported customer’s offices when necessary (~10% travel).

Qualifications:Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales/sales engineering, consulting, and/or other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Internet technologies, standards and protocols, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Web architecture and design.

Desired Qualifications
- Implementation experience with web delivery technologies.
- Experience in one or more web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures - J2EE, HTTP, DNS, .NET, C#, JSP, ASP, Tomcat, Apache.
- Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies and considered a subject matter expert in any relevant internet topic.
- Experience delivering internet technologies within B2B or B2C - shopping cart, user personalization, and dynamic database architectures.
- Experience in a customer facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment and large enterprise account management, where an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction was successfully demonstrated.

  • Responsible for broad oversight of the PDMS modeling activities by the contractor's engineering design and construction teams.

  • Generate animations/simulations.
  • Coordinate with Discipline Lead Engineers regular status meetings to meet Fabrication and Construction to completion with close out of issues and punchlists.
  • Capture and communicate PDMS and TEKLA improvements and design lessons learned for the project
  • Monitor and advise Engineering Manager on the EPC contractor's engineering and design organization with respect to:
  • Contractor's PDMS design procedures, staffing, processes, and deliverables.
  • Ensure that contractor is completing all PDMS related quality assurance activities on their design.

The Carina mine site is Polaris Metals current development and is a major iron ore resource located in the Yilgarn region of WA. As a key member of the Technical Services team the Mining Engineer will be responsible for mine planning, designs and scheduling to ensure short term planning meets supply chain requirements for material tonnes and grades. The position will be based on site at Carina and will be on a FIFO 9:5 roster.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Liaise with mining contractors to ensure daily, weekly and monthly production and quality conforms to plan.
  • Ensure mine short term mine plans (2 weekly) are up to date and timely communicated to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for compilation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Responsible for EOM processes and sign offs with mining contractors.

IS PROJECT LEADER COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENT
You are a talented person who likes new challenges and having huge eagerness to learn something new. Having a Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences/ Information Systems or in Engineering or having experiences in Information Services. Minimum 5 years’ experience in System Development life-cycle, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse & Reporting system development (using MS, BO, Roambi). Preferably having exposure & understanding to Sales and/or Marketing organization business process. 2 years’ experiences in leading/ managing Business Intelligence implementation projects in multinational company environment and strong knowledge in Project Management and in managing/ leading System implementation project will be an advantage to support your achievement in this role. Fluent in English, both verbal and written and having an excellence in presentation & communication skills are required.

You will work for Commercial Delivery Center (CDC) by assisting Senior IS Systems Analyst – Commercial Intelligence in providing Project & Portfolio Management support for Business Intelligence Systems & Reporting for Philip Morris affiliates in Asia.

Our Client is a leading coal producer, who currently has an immediate need for an experienced Electrical Engineer to work on their world class underground coal mine.
This position presents an exciting developmental opportunity for an experienced and professional Electrical Engineer with previous underground mining experience and / or heavy industry exposure.
Focusing on electrical equipment and maintenance challenges within the underground environment, the successful candidate will focus on project management, ensuring plant and equipment compliance to both site and legislative requirements. The implementation of complete life cycle management of electrical plant and equipment to maximise efficiency also forms a significant responsibility of the role.
To be considered for this position, the following is required:
  • Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Proven maintenance management experience in mining / heavy industry
  • Demonstrable track record in the highest level of safety focus and awareness
  • Risk management experience and success
  • Proven leadership and organisational skills
