Regional Sales Manager SuccessFactors - Moscow

The Opportunity:

SuccessFactors has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, creative and driven sales professional: we are currently seeking an experienced senior sales executive to drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into existing SAP accounts across the CIS region. As a key part of SuccessFactors' growth plans for 2013, this role offers the chance to build and develop new strategic relationships and directly influence the direction of our business in this region going forward.

SuccessFactors is effectively a start-up in CIS, although with SAP behind us, we have an outstanding opportunity for success. We have some existing business and have already recruited a number of partners. SAP has a strong presence in the region and so this role will work closely with the SAP account team to target, identify and close SuccessFactors business into SAP accounts across the CIS region, with the focus on Russia.

We are looking for entrepreneurial A-players with a consistent track record of success selling into Tier 1 organisations, and who want to maximise the potential offered by the combination of the SAP acquisition and SuccessFactors' own position in the market and our unrivalled product portfolio. As an experienced new business software solution expert you will be confident in selling to C-level across a range of vertical markets.

Responsibilities:

- Apply your business insight and marketing understanding to present and align the SuccessFactors solutions with customers’ strategic business objectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals in a complex long-cycle deals.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position the SuccessFactors solutions.
- Qualify and maintain accurate and timely customer, forward thinking pipeline, and forecast data.
- Nurture mutually beneficial long term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Take a leading sales role, managing virtual teams and executing successful sales strategies removing problems limiting a successful deal closure.

Desired Skills & Experience

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Proven experience 8+ years in selling premise-based application software or SaaS solutions to the business and to a C-Level audience
- Consistent over-quota performance and top tier company ranking
- Consistent and high income track record of above OTE achievement
- Stability: proven history of being a top performer in a company for multiple years running
- Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics
- High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior
- Interaction with senior executives across multiple industries
- Strong C-level/board level communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluent written and spoken Russian and strong English language skills are essential
- Eligibility to live and work in Russia (Moscow) is a must.
