Key Leadership Position

• Manage and coordinate a team on midsized Iron Ore processing plant
• 9/5 roster (fly in company time) day shifts only
• Good camp conditions

This Process Manager role is with a prolific mining contractor which has multiple crushing contracts across Australia. The role is at one of their sites in the Pilbara and will have the responsibility for the entire processing facility which includes both fixed and mobile crushing. This job is working on a 9/5 roster, FIFO from Perth and has a competitive salary.

As the successful applicant you'll have previous experience at managing crushing operations ideally within Iron Ore. You'll manage the relationships with the client whilst overseeing day to day operations including safety, production, maintenance, training, environmental and incident management. You'll review data and solve any technical issues that may arise as well as look to continuously improve the process. As the manager you'll complete regular performance reviews, identifying skill gaps and providing training where needed.

We are looking for those with a strong Process Management background and a metallurgical (or equivalent) degree. As the successful applicant you'll have strong communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal. You'll have strong leadership skills including the ability to manage, influence, change, motivate, negotiate and improve the performance, satisfaction and skill level of the staff.
