Our client is the UK's market leader in the design and manufacture of commercial glazed and solid partitioning, laminate, timber and veneered doors, movable walls and storagewall. With 13 partitioning systems in their range along with movable walls, sliding partitions, demountable partitions, timber, veneered and laminate doors, glass doors, ceilings, blinds and graphics they can accommodate any style from contemporary to traditional. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Estimator to join their team.

This is the ideal opportunity for a professional with estimating experience and an understanding of technical drawings and specification requirements looking to develop their career with an established market leader.

As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing key estimates from site plans, sketches and bill pages in order to assist the sales process. This will include maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our client's systems to ensure the delivery of accurate pricing and materials to site.

Providing pivotal support to our client's customers and contractors, you will offer advice and solutions for general enquiries and issues. You will also provide telephone sales support to outside Sales Managers and Area Sales Executives.

Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring the delivery of a high level of customer service at all times, promoting our client's products and taking a proactive stance towards quoting and securing orders.

To be considered, you must have:

- Previous estimating experience
- An understanding of technical drawings and specification requirements
- An understanding of fire and/or sound equality regulations to ensure estimates are based on the correct use of product

As a Sales Estimator, you must have a keen eye for detail and superb problem solving abilities. Methodical and analytical, you must be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also key.
