Accenture's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice aims to refine and optimize the CFO's ability to organize and analyze financial, operational and external information to create substantial shareholder value.
Accenture are seeking a number of EPM Consultants with experience in the following areas; Shareholder Value Analysis, Financial Metrics, Reporting & Analysis and Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.
Key responsibilities may include:
· Helping organizations execute strategy, allowing optimal resource allocation and maximizing sustained shareholder value
· Helping organizations manage and optimize business performance across a single enterprise or business network
· Defining business models and key drivers of both current and future value - financial and non-financial, tangible and intangible and understand how these drivers interrelate
· Defining finance strategy, how strategies translate into tactics and plans, and how execution is monitored across organizational dimensions
· Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary

What we're looking for
You should have a strong finance background with in depth knowledge of performance management. In addition you must have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Strong finance background and experience
- Experience of defining, measuring and tracking financial KPIs
- Experience in the design, build and deploy of reporting solutions
- Experience of planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Broad understanding of core Finance processes, organisational structure and technology solutions
- Specific experience with the following tools: Hyperion, SAP BPC / Magnitude, IBM Cognos
What other qualifications or skills do I need?
- Excellent degree results or equivalent
- Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA) with 1st time passes desirable
- Strong problem-solving, statistical and analytical skills
- Proven training and coaching abilities
- Your base location will be London, although most of our consultants work on lengthy client engagements within the UK and Ireland. Therefore you must be willing to work away from home Monday to Friday as required.
