	PT KALTIM PRIMA COAL (PT KPC) 11. SPECIALIST - CONTRACT o Minimum S1 – Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable. o Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities. o Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills. o Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement. o Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it. 12. ENGINEER – ENVIRONMENTAL o Tertiary qualifications (S1) in Environmental or Mining Engineering with at least 3 years’ experience in mining environment sound is preferable. o A good understanding of mining operations and associated environmental issues. o An adequate experience in environmental monitoring and management in the field related to AMDAL. o Excellent lateral thinking and practical conceptual thinking. o Excellent planning, analytical and organization skills to coordinate the monitoring activities within the mine and community areas. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Good communication in both written and spoken English 2. Good interpersonal and organizational skills 3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills 4. Computer literate (MS Office) 5.
