	PT KALTIM PRIMA COAL (PT KPC) 01. ENGINEER - MINING o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering. o Having 2 years’ experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage. o Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers. o Having experience in using MINEX software. 02. ENGINEER - PROJECT (CIVIL) o S1 degree in Civil Engineering o Having min 3 years plus of relevant industry/ management experiences, and having budgeting skills are essential for senior position. o Extensive experience and proven skills in Civil Engineering/ Construction and/ or earthmoving industries. o Having experience in Civil Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous. o Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators. o Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties. 03. SUPERVISOR – PROJECT (CIVIL) o Tertiary qualification in Engineering, preferably from Civil Engineering or other discipline with equivalent training and experience. o Extensive (minimum 5 years) experience in large scale of civil project. o Have good experience in supervising project activities, including civil, mechanical and electrical services with substantial project management experience. o Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators. 04. ENGINEER – PROJECT (ELECTRICAL POWER) o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining/ industry experiences. o Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems 05. ENGINEER - MECHANICAL o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering. o Experience in heavy equipment maintenance. o Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relations. o Knowledge and ability to implement safety policies & procedures. o Have good knowledge and experience in mechanical installation techniques and standards. o Have high personal energy level and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic project environment. 06. SUPERVISOR – PROJECT (MECHANICAL) o Have good Mechanical Construction design analysis skills and must be able to check design results in at least two different ways, with minimum 3 years’ experience. o Ability to write clear, concise, relevant reports – usually with detailed recommendations. Ideally these reports should be in English Language. 07. MANAGER – ACCOUNTING & TAX o Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Degree, in Finance/ Accountancy/ Taxation or equivalent. o Required skill(s) Accounting, Taxation, Finance Management and financial analysis, Team Leader, Decision Making. o At least 10 years of experience in Accounting/ Audit Firm or Mining Companies. Familiar with IFRS, Indonesia Taxation and Mining Regulation. o Demonstrated high level of leadership and managerial skills with a minimum of 5 years prior supervisory/ management experience. o Demonstrated extensive background in the financial area including financial analysis, financial reporting, financial modeling, tax reporting. 08. SUPERINTENDENT – DISPUTE RESOLUTION o Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation o Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia. o Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation. o Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees. 09. SPECIALIST – EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT o Tertiary degree in HR Management, social sciences or other related disciplines. o Considerable experience in human resource/organizational development (as a guide, minimum 3 years). o Knowledge of up-to-date human resource and organizational development issues. o Competency gap analysis, presentation and facilitation skills. o Time management, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills. o Knowledge and appreciation of KPC culture, business process, systems and procedures. 10. COORDINATOR - SAFETY o Bachelor Degree (S1) with at least 3 years’ experience or Diploma 3 with at least 5 years’ experience in a mining environment, preferably in the maintenance and/or logistic operations, such that a good understanding has developed of the mining operation in general and ore specifically of the maintenance and logistics works. o Safety Related qualification or experience i.e. in risk assessment, job safety analysis, accident investigation, etc. is desirable as this position will be required to lead / facilitate the process and train / coach others. o Strong mechanical knowledge and skills is desirable. o Good presentation, leadership, and decision making skills.
