Job Description

Mission : Responsible for planning and executing events in line with 3DS Equity supporting Industry, Brand and Channel marketing on local scope.Role description:Orchestrate and manage all aspects and tactics to ensure a successful event; this includes: definition, promotion, branding, messaging and experiences, logistics, measurement, budgeting and vendor management with the support of internal and external resources


Defines events portfolio to support local business and awareness objectives aligned with strategic guidance from global events

Works with internal and external resources to obtain needed materials and services

Manages and executes projects and marketing plans intended to maximize company exposure and /or produce sales leads

Determines selection and training of staff

Execute events


Orchestrate all about event organization: definition, promotion, branding, messaging and experiences, logistics, measurement, budgeting and vendor management.

Channel Marketing
· Monitor, analyze and report on local marketing activity
· Drive & manage the Co-Marketing Program and ensure support for our resellers/partners
· Drive & manage locally the Co-Marketing Program , acting as a consultative partner to improve our partners/resellers Mktg campaign efficiency
· Ensure successful execution by (/with) partners in accordance to co-marketing SLA
· Execute the replicable campaigns from Global Marketing Program team
· Provide the coaching and Marketing enablement plans to skill-up Partners on Marketing expertise and marketing execution.
· Databases: contribute to the enrichment of the database working with global demand generation and adding all contacts in DSX Marketing »

Desired Skills & Experience

Background: 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
* Event expert
* Experience in large companies
* Experience in agencies is a bonus
* Knowledge in IT Systems
* Project management and communication skills
* Solid knowledge of sales organizations and the ability to work closely and effectively with sales
* Knowledge of marketing tactics, tools & processes
* English & Italian required

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in Marketing, Business Communications, Economics, or related areas is required.
- One to three years general marketing experience including advertising, promotions, direct marketing, events and public relations.
- One to three years experience in web marketing including SEM, email marketing, banner ads.
- Intermediate communications skills including listening, written, spoken, presentation and influencing.
- Advanced ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities.
- Expert PCs skills utilizing various software applications.
- One to three years experience in traditional marketing strategies such as print and direct mail.
