Responsibilities:

Role Summary

 
Gain and secure the new business, develop assigned telesales territory to achieve the sales Objective and attain incremental market share and profitability from both existing and potential Customere by phone and to achieve the sales objectives and ensuring incremental growth of territory assigned through effective deployment of selling skills and time.
 
Responsibilities
  • To sell DHL product and services to new accounts (with minimum 5 shipments per month) within the assigned area in order to gain more new accounts and ensure that sales Leads are handled properly.
  • To sell the existing and potential customers effectively and sure the incremental growth of the Business in accordance with the company’s set policies and procedures to achieve specific Sales targets and goals.
  • To maintain and update the MSM/ COMET database about profile of all potential customers, targeted Competitor accounts and other information and ensure that its utilized to extent and consistently provide timely information for marketing and other purposes as and when needed.
  • To plan daily sales calls and ensuring effective utilization of sales and ensuring effective utilization of sales efforts and territory management toward set sales objectives (40 calls/day).
  • To create a good flow of communication among all department in order to achieve service Improvements (zero defect) satisfactorily.
  • To provide supplementary data and information to the Telesales Manager through the weekly and monthly report as and when required and to meet all report Requirements before the deadlines.
  • To participate, cooperate and contribute in any sales activities and goals, and certain market information as and when needed.
Requirements:
  • University degree in any disciplines preferably in Economics or Business and have a broad knowledge of Sales
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and enjoys meeting people
  • Good communication, presentation, analytical skills, telephone etiquette and a strong team player.
  • Able to maintain performance under pressure and able to respond to deadlines and urgent situations.
  • Must be proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Good computer literacy (MS-Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook Mail).
