Key Blasting Specialist Role
Constructive Recruitment is currently working in close liaison with a
highly successful international blasting and explosives organisation
regarding their involvement with key mining operations within Indonesia.
Due to continued success and company expansion, this industry leader is
currently searching for a skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager with the following skills and experience:
• A bachelor in mining engineering or related blasting/explosives qualifications
• 5+ years relevant blasting exposure within major mining operations
• The ability to analyze and interpret blasting data
• Blast design and optimization exposure
• Past experience solving blasting problems on major mining operations
• The ability to provide technical coaching and training for personnel and clients
• Project management experience
• Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills as required to interact with key clients and personnel
• Able to relocate and live locally within Indonesia
In return for your skills and experience you will be offered a permanent role, a rewarding salary package, relocation assistance, free furnished accommodation, 3 paid return trips to Australia per year, medical and children's education (if required).
