We are currently working in close liaison with a successful
international blasting and explosives organisation regarding key mining
operations within Indonesia. Due to continued success and company
expansion, this industry leader is searching for an experienced Operations Manager with the following abilities and experience:
• A bachelor in Mining Engineering with related blasting/explosives qualification/s
• A tertiary qualification in business management (Highly regarded)
• 7+ years relevant exposure to major mining operations
• Able to interact at operational and management level
• Previously worked in a mining orientated management role
• Extensive knowledge of open-pit and quarrying mining sectors
• Project management experience
• Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Excellent communication
• Able to relocate and live locally within Indonesia
In return for your skills and experience you will be offered a permanent role, a rewarding salary package, relocation assistance, free furnished accommodation, 3 paid return trips to Australia per year, medical and children's education (if required).
