Training & Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Responsible for plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training development activity.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field with 5 years experience in HR field especially in Training Development.
• Having experience in managing training and also delivering the materials.
• Experience in designing training modules, training delivery and result evaluation
• Good in oral presentation, business skills and written communication.
• Having good communication, self motivation, dynamic, fast learner, creative, highly motivated with excellent service attitude and able to work as a team
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Willing to travel intensively.
