Requirements:
- Male/ Female, Min. 35 years old
- S1 degree major Psychology/Law/Management or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian
- Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory laws or labor
- Ordinances, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling, Training
- People & relationship management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
- Problem solving skills, dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed finish the task
- Fluent in English both written and oral is a must
- Competent in computer literate (Microsoft-Office) and HR Applications
- Minimum 7 years experience in the same field (preferable from Hospitality industry)
