• Monitoring all coal production activities to meet target considering effective, effeciency with strong commitment to safety.
• Good coordination with contractors at Site.
• Ensure production process are in a safety and environmentally way.
Qualifications:
• Male, 37 - 47 years old.
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in the mining operations & 5 years in the same position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Hold a POU and K3 Umum Certificate.
• Strong commitment to site safety.
• Strong leadership is a must.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera. Responsibilities:
• Lead job site and synergy with all employee, contractors, Distamben and social job site environment.
• Monitoring & reporting all mining operation, such as production, safety, environment,
• Coordinate with head office all procurement, financial and human resources operations.
• Coordination with government, Distamben, BLH, etc
• Good collaboration with stakeholders at job site.
Qualifications:
• Male, 36-45 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Excellent understanding about HR function such as personnel administration, industrial relations, employee relations and general affairs matters such as monitoring rent, repairing vehicle and accommodation.
• Have strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, organizational and positive attitude.
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point & visio)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera on roster period.
• Mastering in deep understanding of Law Decree UU No. 13/2003 Responsibilities :
• Monitor and coordinate all HR&GA activities in job site.
• Handle all HR&GA daily administration in job site.
• Manage strong commitment on implementation of Company”s regulation.
• Conduct few of specialist technical coal internal training at the Site.

• Will be located in Jakarta and travelling to our job site as needed Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitoring ticketing and Business Travel Report
• Create Purchasing Request & Order, checking and verification invoices
• Filling and purpose all leave employee.
Qualifications:
• Male, 28-35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Hold a K3Umum Indonesia Competency Certificate
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.
• Excellent experiences and general knowledge on basic safety, plant safety instruction.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and controlling daily, weekly & monthly safety activities
• Prepare safety induction, safety equipment in job site
• Coordination with contractor during safety programs implemented
Qualifications:
• Male, 33-40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal mining exploration.
• Hold a POM Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate.
• Experience in mapping & sample programs.
• Good communication and technical reporting in English.
• Able to operate mining software such as Surpac and Minescape.
• Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method and equipment.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our job site. Responsibilities:
• Find new coal resources.
• Analyze and give report of short and long term part of project exploration to the BOD.
• Manage dan handle design on hauling, pit, stockrom and OB Waste Dump, etc.
Qualifications:
• Male / Female, 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Experienced at least 7 years in coal trading.
• Strong networking & relations in area of coal trading.
• Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills especially in Ms. Office especially in power point.
• Has a good presentation skill.
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our customers. Responsibility:
• Responsible for all aspects of coal trading activity including organization and sourcing.
• Good knowledge of coal quality and sources.
• Develop specific supplier solutions based on strong financing, structuring, logistic and risk mitigation capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Male / Female 33-40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Economics / Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
• Proficient in Policy Review, Salary Structure, Benefit Recommendation, Payroll System, Job Analysis & Job Evaluation.
• Good technical and conceptual skills in Policy Review and Employee Benefit matters.
• Conduct employee performance appraisal.
• Have good knowledge in HRIS and job evaluation
• Will be located in Jakarta, willing to travelling to our job site as needed Responsibilities:
• Conduct HR policies and regulation regarding compensation, benefit and employee performance appraisal
• Arrange strategic and planning human resource development.
• Handle payroll activities
• Manage personnel employee, ie. HRIS, Jamsostek, medical insurance.
• Monitoring agreement of employee, contract and dealing remuneration package.
• Responsible for salary administration, overtime report (BTR, transportation, etc)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 28-33 years old.
• Degree in Akademi Perawat.
• Minimum 2 years experience in nursery especially in occupational health
• Experience in mining will be an advantages.
• Candidates from South Sumatera or Muara Enim will be an advantage
• Mastering in First Aid management Responsibilities:
• Handling accident rapid reaction
• Frequently medical check up to our employee in job site.
• Maintain medicine stock and medical equipment.
• Count OB removal and Coal Getting volume.
