Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of production finishing section in order to run as effectively and efficiently as possible so that the production target is reached, both quantity and quality.
• Optimizing the continuous production activities finished, resulting in increased efficiency, better ways of working, quantity and quality.
• To evaluate and improve employee productivity machine and finishing section in order to achieve the production target.

Requirements:

• Male
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Engineering.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field of Printing (specially Finishing)
• Good Leadership
• Good Communication
• Understand 5R
