Responsibilities:
  • Develop good presentation skills. Effective training and development depend on engaging materials that do more than present bullet points. Incorporating multimedia and providing persuasive stories makes training both more interesting and more likely to achieve the desired objective.
  • Develop strong project management skills. Training development projects typically require coordination and planning much as any other application development project
  • Responsible, conduct staff recruitment and selection based on manpower planning in order to get, to develop and to retain the most qualified staff/employee. Including develop and maintain potential CVs into recruitment database, implement competency based-recruitment and selection process, develop quarterly report of staff turnover as an input of employee retention strategy, manage induction program including ensuring the effectiveness of the program, produce induction report with recommendation and develop communication with media in terms of recruitment.
  • Demonstrable proficiencies in the training and development profession that potential employers are looking for.
  • Research companies local to your area that are hiring training professionals. Prepare for your interviews by assembling a portfolio of your training and development work such as presentations, lesson plans or coaching tips.
  • Develop quarterly report of staff turnover as an input of employee retention strategy. Direct training material and program execution logistics.
Requirements:
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • Has at least 3 years experience in a Training Development role or 5 years of working Experiences.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Indonesian
  • Demonstrated success using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Coaching and Counseling
  • Proven ability to set priorities and schedule duties and assignments
  • Measurable high level of initiatives, analytical thinking, problem solving, effective communication skills and negotiation skill
  • Demonstrated ability to treat sensitive issues in a confidential manner
  • Demonstrated working with minimum supervision
