Senior Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Possesses extensive knowledge in Organizational Diagnostic, Transformational Plan and Road Map, Capabilities Development and Process Standardization Development.
• Developing Performance Management System, Competency Model, Leadership Profiling and Talent Management.
• Responsible for Learning and Development System
• Responsible for leading Transformational Leadership and Endorsing Company Culture within Organization

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from psychology/HR Management
• Having the experience in working within large multinational company (FMCG, Manufacturing, Services) will be advantages
• Experience in resource/People Development and Organization Development as well Talent Management.
• Experience in execution of HR Strategy in accordance with targets on ensuring the contribution to the successes of the company
• Strong conceptual & strategic planning, good analytical thinking and problem solving 
• Having good communication, self motivation, dynamic, fast learner, creative, highly motivated with excellent service attitude and able to work as a team
• Fluent in English both oral & written
