Responsibilities:
- Monitor service quality in term of ordering procedures and order accuracy of front counter staff
- Resolve customer complaint promptly
- Monitor staff to provide good standard service
- Provide on the job straining to new staff and corrective training to all staff
- Develop staff members skills and workstation proficiency toward service expert level
- Responsible with P & L store
- Recognise and knowledge regular customer to ensure continued return to the restaurant
- To carry out QSC (Quality, Service, & Cleanliness)
- To report all health and safety issues to the Area Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Male/Female max 35 years old
- Proficient in English written & spoken & computer literacy
- Knowing and Familuar with P & L Report
- Willing to work under pressure
- Passionate & Customer Oriented
- Self confidence, good appearance, & fleksible person
- Able to work at any Burger King Restaurants in Jabodetabek at different shift including holiday
- Full time positions available
