Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day operational tasks
- Ensure efficient operational performance
- Management of workforce
- Monitor and review working practices to maximize performance and productivity & ensure that all procedures and working practices adhere to company standard
Requirements:
- Male
- Maximum 35 years old,
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Social Science or related field,
- At least 1 year of working experience in shipping company, logistics, forwarding or in the related field is required for this position,
- Strong personality, leadership and communication,
- To be located in Bitung, North Sulawesi
