Job Description

Emu Design, a wholly owned subsidiary of the GBST group of companies, is one of Australia’s leading digital agencies with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and London. We are currently seeking an experienced JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic team in the Brisbane Office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing the development and delivery of JavaScript technology solutions. You must be able to hit the ground running with strong technical skills and a professional approach to service delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience

If you are looking for a great new challenge and can satisfy the following criteria, we want to hear from you:

• Javascript – 2+ years of experience with frameworks,
  e.g. jQuery, jQuery Mobile, MooTools, Prototype.
• HTML/CSS,
• General server-side programming skills (e.g. .NET, Coldfusion, PHP),
• Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
• Experience working in a project team environment
• CSS – cross browser CSS experience is essential
• A passion for staying at the front of the development technologies.
• High attention to detail, hard worker and good team attitude;
• Excellent time management and organisational skills;
• Excellent client focus.
