Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree in human resources, psychology or other relevant fields from a reputable university, preferable from aboard
• Solid ground and expertise in the recruiting and training development framework and strategy gained from at least 4 years of proven hands-on experience
• Deep understanding of the competency based management and people development process to ensure that all initiatives are executed and communicated properly to all levels of management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coaching & counseling skills, creative problem solving & decision making
• Excellent command of English with equal to TOEFL score of 550
