PT Citra Intirama A well established company urgently searching qualified and potential candidates for the following positions: Merchandise Manager Jakarta Raya Requirements: Male/Female, age max. 40 years University degree majoring in Business, Marketing or Statistics, strong Marketing concept is a must. Experience as a merchandise manager, preferably in selling premium product min. 3 years. The candidate should be able to take the resposibility in this position with: Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Market Knowledge, Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency, Client Relationships, Verbal Communication Kirim lamaran dan CV lengkap via email : hrd@galestra.com
