Operations Executive – Fuel
Responsibilities:
• Brief job description:
• Coordinate 3rd party vendor/supplier to perform all work on a marince cargo handling facility and road transportation
• Liaise with 3rd party supplier in checking the receive products and to complete all documents
• Organize fuel delivery schedule
• Compile the incident reports
• Perform the inventory management
• Generate reports, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, update and maintain database
• Handle Supply Chain – Fuel daily operations
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree
• Familiar with MS Office
• Knowledge in depot and transportation operations
• Detail oriented
• Pleasant personality with team work spirit and high flexibility
