Responsibilities:

• Be responsible in all the customer’s inquiries or requests through inbound call, email and/or web request
• Provide excellent sales support and customer service follow-up on existing and new business to meet customer's satisfaction
• Be reliable and punctual all the time to provide proper service to the customers

Requirements:

• Female below 30 years old
• Diploma in related fields
• Detail oriented (a must)
• Having experience in shipping/transportation business is an advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office proficiency is a MUST) 
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills 
• Self-motivation, discipline, hard-working and demonstrate teamwork
• Positive attitude, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
