MANAGER CUSTOMER SALES (Ballkpapan based)


Sandvik Mining is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry. MANAGER CUSTOMER SALES (Ballkpapan based)
He/She is responsible for developing customer relationships and an effective sales team to meet the required revenue targets for the segment. Revenue targets are set for various productsl units and aftermarket services. Kay responsibilities:
• Provide feedback to Account Manager and Sales Representatives on recommended actions that may grow our business and provide closer customer support.
• Work with Product Line Managers, Aftermarket/Customer Service Manager and Account Managers on customer strategies that will affect the revenue and business profitability of the Segment.
• Be an integral part of the Sandvik Mining management team both globally and locally to determine the Sandvik Mining product mix, strategy and future development to ensure Sandvik Mining remain industry leaders.
• Manage all resources in the market area to ensure an optimum balance between a high level of customer service satisfaction and attainment of financial objectives.
• Assess technical Issues with Sandvik Mining supplied equipment and prepare/submit quotations for rectification, assist client to identify any training requirements needed.
• Assist with site dissemination of bulletins and alerts for Sandvik Mining products. Your profile:
• At least 5 years sales experience a within the mining and mineral exploration (or similar) Industries. Mining/Drilling application knowledge is advantageous.
• Commercial and Contract management experience, exposure to delivery of Aftermarket Service in Mining, Construction or Engineering industries are advantageous.
• Strategic planning and operational experience in mining / drilling field would be a great benefit
• Financial analysis and high level of computer literacy.
• Strong understanding of Mining customers businesses and processes along with business development experience with demonstrated growth results.
• Good commend of written and spoken English.
