PT Meares Soputan Mining; 3 positions

PT Meares Soputan Mining is production the Toka Tindung Gold Project in North Sulawesi. Applicants are invited for the following position: 1) SENIOR MAINTENANCE PLANNER
To manage all the maintenance weekly plans/schedules for the whole process plant for fixed plant mechanical. The planner will also be responsible for backing up other disciplines – mobile plant mechanical, electrical and instrumentation with accurate, safe and understandable work instructions, together with suitable spare parts and in a coordinated/delivered in a timely manner. Other essential function is to prepare the plan for shutdowns (major and minor). QUALIFICATIONS:
• Trade qualification in mechanical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years practical trades experience, 3 years experience of maintenance planning, and 2 years of supervisory experience in a mechanical fixed plant
• Strong computer skills in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System and MS Product (Excel, Word & Project).
• Post trade planning certificate or equivalent will be highly regarded
• Good communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken 2) ICT OFFICER
To be responsible for operation of ICT department, data back up, network, maintenance and development of all ICT equipment and ICT administration. Provide 2nd and 3rd level of support to users and to assume some jobs/duties of ICT Coordinator (as instructed) in case of absence. QUALIFICATIONS:
• University Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (S1) or D3
• Minimum 5 years on job experience
• In-depth knowledge of all aspect of ICT
• Experience in CCTV, access and security system. 3) SENIOR SUPERVISOR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Identify, design and develop training programs to assist employee in their potential capability. Lease with department Managers to conduct appraisal/assessment and other development programs. Develop review and revise HR Company Policy. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduated S1 with national/multinational company.
• 5 years experience (minimum) position of Supervisor Training and development
• Trainer
• Computer and presentation skill are essential, good communication & organisation skill
