• Min 3 yrs exp. in senior culinary in hotel Banquet or Catering operation
• Responsible for organization & execution of all catered functions : on/off site
• Responsible for running an effective culinary department at highest quality
  and hygiene levels

• Must have the following :
  • Creative & Innovative person
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong leadership, Dynamic
