Job Description


We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a large territory, finding and closing new customers, managing accounts and generating revenue while achieving individual, team and organizational goals. This individual will be a valuable contributor to the Xactly Sales Team while defining and executing a territory sales plan that will allow Xactly to achieve corporate objectives.


Responsibilities:

• Finding and closing business in a large geographic territory
• Creating and executing a territory sales plan
• Demonstrating our product and working with solutions consultants to define and build demonstration to meet prospect
requirements
• Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
• Managing a fast, intricate sales cycles in a team selling environment

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-10 years of quota carrying software or technology sales as an individual contributor
• Proven record of sales success throughout sales career
• Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
• Working knowledge of the ICM and/or CRM space a plus
• Excellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively with multiple senior management and C-level
contacts
• Must be able to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
• Proactive territory management and prospecting
• Excellent follow up skills and professionalism
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Experience selling SAAS solutions is a plus
