Job Title: PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Position Summary

DESCRIPTION Working with the Engineering Manager, Applications Specialist & technical team for the district, the successful applicant is responsible for developing detailed commercial & technical proposals for presentation
to end-users & distribution. Specific tasks will include developing budget pricing, detailed proposals, change orders on existing projects for a variety of process, manufacturing & industrial industries.

JOB COMPLEXITY Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

SUPERVISION Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

EXPERIENCE Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

EDUCATION Bachelors Degree LEVEL PROF 2 or equivalent work experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL Developing professional expertise. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve variety of issues.

SCOPE Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.

INTERACTION Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
