Comdev Superintendent

Job Description:

• To Design the master plan of community development programs
• To communicate and organize information of general/master plan program for relevant parties and stakeholder
• To resume the report of data and documents related to program implementation
• To monitor & evaluate the program implementation
• To manage cost of main program implementation
• To control and coordinate for program realization
• To check and establish the details status of program implementation
• To assist for external parties and consultant to develop realization of programs
• Take any actions as necessary regarding to roster system implementation
• To do specific assignment up to Supervisor position to ensure the proper and effective process
• To support implement the OHS management system for every scope of works
• To design new program development/ innovation

Minimum Requirements:

• S1/S2/S3 degree with relevant major
• For S1 - more than 7 years experience in mining operations for S2/S3 - more than 4 years experience in mining operations
• Project Management skill
• Highly level negotiation and communication with stakeholder
• Highly level of community development program report
• Good at computer (able to use microsoft office 2010) & internet skill
• Good presentation and communication skill
• Good at written and spoken english
• Mature, having leadership skill, and interpersonal skill
• Able to work in Halmahera Site based on FIFO basis (roster 5:2)
