Fleet and Driver Management Senior Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• In charge of overall transport fleet and driver management.
• Responsible for developing, implementing & controlling the Transport Operation Standards.
• Responsible for implementing Operational Procedure & Performance Audit Review of Transport Operation in compliance with the Corporate & Operational Audit.
• Responsible for developing & implementing Fleet & Worker Management Standard and Workshop Management Standard.
• Responsible for providing support to fleet & parts procurement process.
• Responsible for transforming current business process into Automated Information System.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience preferably in the Agribusiness / Mining Industry in Transport Management
• Bachelor’s degree of any major
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and capable of working under pressure and deadlines
