Job Description

To ensure finding the perfect location for Sophie PAris stores. In summary they will be responsible of:

• Finding location for Sophie Store to develop the company’s business.
•  Negotiate with the proprietor/owner of the location to get the best offer.
• To update the database / list of location of survey. 
• Negotiate for rent / buy location.
• To make comparison of the location survey
• Do the follow up with Legal & Accounting department.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Majoring Diploma / Bachelor’s degree majoring in Civil Engineering
2. Had experience in the same field for 2 years, from retail industry would be an advantage.
3. Good analytical skill regarding the strategic location and its characteristic surroundings.
4. Good negotiation skill
5. Interpersonal flexibility and mobile.
6. Computer literate.
