Patrick Terminals and Logistics is Australia's largest operator of container terminals and logistics services. We facilitate the movement of containers across road and rail throughout Australia, connecting our customers with their markets. Your key areas of responsibility will be the delivery of a safe and efficient operating environment ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures. You will deliver work instructions to diverse employee groups and be involved in the allocation of machinery for a cost effective, efficient operation. You will be planning and allocating labour to ensure employees have the necessary skills to complete tasks and ensure overall performance objectives for the shift are met.

Ideally you will have extensive experience in the shipping/transport logistics, production or terminal operations environment. With a demonstrated leadership capability and experience in the management of large work teams, you will have a proven ability to identify and act on unsafe work practices in a unionised environment. You also must be willing to work an irregular shift pattern, including day and night shift and weekends.
