Kelly Services presents our client, a German multinational engineering
and electronics company headquartered in Gerlingen, near Stuttgart. The
core products of our client are automotive components, industrial
products and consumer goods, and building products. They are seeking for qualified candidates as :
Logistics Senior Staff

Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operations of Logistics department, resolve the day-to-day operations issues with customs, forwarders, warehouse, customer, and internal divisions
- Monitor logistics service provider performance, refer to agreed KPI and implement improvement actions as appropriate
- Receive shipment nomination from Planner then inform to forwarder to prepare Import Declaration Draft (PIB)
- Send delivery plan and related document to third party logistics service provider for inbound preparation
- Established SAP invoice verification process (MIRO) in SAP R3
- Lead/support improvement projects and achieve efficiency and cost reduction
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of English
- Microsoft office (excel mostly preferred), SAP R3, internet web based
