Responsibilities:
  • Processes accept/cash withdrawals.
  • Identify customers, validate and cash checks.
  • Verify voucher slips, and perform preparation for payment to 3rd parties both for cash and bank.
  • Perform daily consolidated report balance currency, cash and checks in cash drawer and bank account of Head Office, Factory, and Branches.
  • Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform services e.g. explain/advice to related department or 3rd parties, and communicate/correspondence with official bank company.
  • Perform consolidated monthly cash and bank balance to management.
Requirements:
  • Female, preferable age max. 28 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken
  • Relevant computer skills and strong numerical ability.
  • Accuracy and attention on details.
  • Good listening and communication skills.
  • Honesty, integrity, good behavior, teamwork and stress tolerance.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
