IT Support Staff (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Support all computer peripherals to operation Maintain all network and software Visit to store as necessary Troubleshoot for internal user

Requirements:

• Experience in Hardware, Software and Network Trouble Shooting
• Able to perform computer installation all the peripherals
• Able to maintain Router and Switch Good analytical skill and able to think logically to solve IT problem Willing to travel as necessary
• Minimum 2 Year experience in retail company would be advantage
• Windows server 2003, 2008, window 7, Linux Ability to operate named,Apache,Asterisk,Zimbra is preferable
• Education min Diploma
