Position Title: Senior Project Planner
Position reports to: Project Services Manager
Primary Objective:
Provide Project Planning Services for individually assigned projects or portfolios.
Specific Accountabilities: • Provide project planning services for the support of the WorleyParsons project control systems and allocated projects •
Assist the Project Controls Group in the rollout of project control
systems including initial configuration and contribution to training
activities • Liaise with project team members to ensure the correct
utilisation of the project control systems including planning systems
based on project specific requirements and corporate guidelines • Participate in the development of data interfaces for third party project systems, as required •
Safety – Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for
the Project Controls Group. Understand and follow OH&S procedures •
Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and
guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project
Controls Group • Undertake project roles, as required, to include but not limited to: •
Take ownership of the planning function and ensure integrity of the
data being processed Interface with project personnel to develop project
forecasts for schedule dates and analyse project schedule • Conduct
schedule analysis utilising resource loading histograms, resource
levelling and s-curves to ensure schedules are attainable and realistic
given available manning • Supervise any supporting roles in the project planning area •
Liaise with clients to clarify schedule related issues and develop
timely and meaningful reports. Ensure timely processing of project
accounts according to contract terms • Liaise with Client for reporting purposes • Implement schedule controls including management of float, earned value and critical paths • Preparation of schedules in conjunction with engineering procurement construction and commissioning team members
Essential Skills / Experience: • Graduate Planner - Evidence of some exposure to Project Controls • 8+ years professional experience in related duties • Skilled in the use of P6 or greater
Matching Indicators: • Engineering Degree preferred or relevant years of experience • Engineering or Construction field experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy environment • Pro-active team player
Position Title: Senior Project Controller
Position reports to: Project Services Manager (Functional) / Project Manager (Direct)
Primary Objectives • Primary focal point for all commercial aspects of the project • Ensuring approved business systems are deployed and integrity / traceability of data maintained • Ensuring a controlled, electronic, single-source environment
Specific Accountabilities • Take ownership of proposal budgets, project commitments and actuals (manhours and 3rd party subcontracts) • Review of contract T&Cs / pricing schedules etc. • Manage resource rates (cost and sell) • Project focal point for commercial aspects of all: › Requisitions / POs › 3rd party contracts › Project commitments and invoices › Inter-Entity Work Orders (IEWOs) › Client invoicing and collections • Project Proposal & Change Request generation in InControl, incl. expediting to approval • Project reporting through InControl (progress, rates, schedules, s-curves, histograms, tabular etc). • 3rd party cost management through InControl (Contracts module for POs, contracts etc). • Expediting and facilitating weekly timesheets for all project / department personnel • Instigate and follow-up client personnel approvals, OT approvals, leave approvals etc. • Custodian of SharePoint project site
Essential Skills / Experience • Has at least 8 years of Project Controls and reporting experience • Primavera scheduling knowledge and experience essential • Knowledge and Experience with Windows operating systems and Applications • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Services and application to the project environment • Familiarity and knowledge of project control database methods specifically InControl • Knowledge of Prediction Plus TIC would be preferred • Construction cost control experience and Contractor TIC progress experience required

Position Title: Lead Process Engineer
Position reports to: Business Unit Manager or Delegate
Primary Objective To carry out the Technical Integrity role for the Process discipline To ensure all design work is safe and carried out in a safe manner To ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards To supervise and co-ordinate all Process Engineers working in the Process discipline group To develop and maintain a quality design threshold for the Process discipline through use of understandable quality procedures To ensure all Process work is carried out within established budgets and schedules
Specific Accountabilities • The overall supervision of the Process discipline work • Technical direction, advice and control of the Process work Liaison with client discipline representatives to establish technical direction where not provided by codes & standards • Scope definition, estimation and progress control of the Process engineering activities •
Planning of man hour budgets, schedules, manpower loadings and staffing
requirements, by skill and experience, to satisfy project requirements
and direction given by the Engineering Manager • Co-ordination of Process engineering design and drafting • Complete complex process design activities including simulation • Liaison with other discipline Lead engineers on technical issues and engineering matters •
Assisting asset/client Lead Project Engineers in the definition of the
Process engineering work in any project, design approach and criteria,
procedures for engineering work and timely production of deliverables •
Co-ordination and preparation of input to Essential Process Documents,
as defined by the client/ contract. Where responsibility for update of
the Master Documents is handed to the Lead Process Engineer, procedures
shall be put in place to maintain document integrity • Quality
Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines
of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc. • Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures
Matching Indicators • Academic Qualifications • Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent • Professional Qualifications • Chartered Engineer (IChemE, IEAust or equivalent) or Member of Appropriate Engineering Institution • 10 years minimum experience in Oil & Gas • High level of computer literacy • Good knowledge of process simulation packages such as HYSYS or PRO 11 • Approved Hazop Chairman (desirable) • Proven leadership skills.
Position Title: Lead Mechanical Engineer
Position reports to: Business Unit Manager or Delegate
Primary Objective Co-ordinate Discipline engineering issues across all assets, providing a centre of Discipline engineering expertise Advise on design integrity issues relating to Discipline engineering Ensure
all work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and
standards within the boundaries of the asset basis of design Facilitate and develop a productive and cohesive team
Specific Accountabilities • Responsible for all aspects of work executed by engineers, designers and draught persons in section • Technical standards and company procedures related to section • Compliance with regulatory, legal, quality and company requirements • Ensuring Worley maintains Design Verification capability • Approval of calculations, technical notes, requisitions, specifications, drawings and similar deliverables produced by section • Design basis, design scopes and subsequent performance • Vendor technical bid analyses • Changes to design • Acceptance of vendor drawings • Co-ordinate engineering design duties associated with the development of the next phase of MFP s, being designed by Worley • Coordinate review and challenge Discipline engineering procedures and instructions across all assets • Develop and promote initiatives to improve cost effectiveness of Discipline engineering work across assets • Professional technical support to projects (ranging from feasibility studies through to large EPC contracts) • Demonstrating a high level of project management skills • Setting and taking ownership of realistic targets for deliverables • Managing third party inputs • Efficient allocation of resources • Maintaining effective relationships with: - Engineering Manager - Clients and potential clients - Worley Principal Engineers - Project Managers - Professional and regulatory bodies • Coordinate an effective competency based assessment and development programme for Discipline engineers •

recruitment of Discipline engineers across assets, based on the

guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Oil & Gas
Business Unit • Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe

Essential Skills/Experience • Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Registered Engineer • +15 Years Mechanical design experience in the Oil & Gas environment • Experience with the development of layouts for new facilities • Has had overseas/project assignment and construction experience
Position Title: Lead Electrical Engineer
Position reports to: Business Unit Manager or Delegate
Primary Objective To ensure that electrical design integrity
is not compromised while managing the instrument/electrical engineering
department in the execution of the project
Specific Accountabilities • Overall supervision of electrical engineers • Technical competence of electrical engineering personnel • Forecast requirement for electrical engineering resources and allocate those resources • Instrument/electrical design integrity of workscope and maintenance of standards • Identify electrical software necessary to enable instrument/electrical group to function effectively. • Inter discipline communication development • Electrical group communication development • Prepare electrical man hour estimate to perform project tasks • Check compliance with Alliance QA/safety/environment goals • Promote Alliance culture in electrical engineering group • Manage electrical design and any design changes within budget and schedule • Evaluate new technology advancements against existing design standards and revise where applicable • Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives • Promote career development within the group • Identify and review new technology development which could be applicable in providing more cost effective facilities • Technical supervision of project designated electrical designers and draftsmen in the execution of their duty • Prepare weekly electrical progress and expenditure reports on a project specific basis • Benchmark electrical design/drafting and identify areas of improvement •

Matching Indicators Preference will be given to candidates with extensive work experience at a senior level within the Oil and gas industry
Position Title: Lead Structural Engineer
Position reports to: Engineering Manager
Primary Objectives To ensure that structural design integrity
is not compromised while managing the structural department in the
execution of the process.

The role mandates previous experience in minimum facility platform
design and including both the substructure and topsides and bridges •
A comprehensive understanding of structural analysis in the areas of
dynamic loading and resistance, collapse analysis, spectral fatigue
analysis, fire and explosion design, reliability based analysis, dropped
object etc. is essential
Matching Indicators • A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural) • 15 years experience, 8 of which has been in conceptual studies, FEED and detailed design of substructure, deck and bridges • 10 years Oil and Gas Industry experience
