Pemara is a regional market leader in the manufacture and supply of
Self Adhesive Label Solutions, and we are seeking an exceptional
individual in this key sales leadership role.

Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager, the key responsibilities for this business critical role include:
- Maintain and develop strong business relationships with key customers.
- Identify, develop and realize new local business development opportunities.
- Participate in the strategic development of the Group Sales Plans including coordination of the regional sales strategies.
- Recruit, develop and train the local sales team to maximize performance and motivation.
- Work in close communication with the Country Managers and Sales Director to ensure strategies are fully delivered and successful.
Requirements:
Reporting to the Sales Director, this hands-on and dynamic position is
responsible for leading and growing the sales team throughout your
region. You will also have direct responsibility to support some of the
largest customer relationships.
You will be located in Cikarang, Indonesia. However, with the customers
spread across the region, you will be required to travel regularly.
You must be able to demonstrate proven sales and leadership experience
across a diverse team, at a regional level and in a similar role.
Ideally, you have obtained this experience selling printed material or
packaging products to major FMCG manufacturers. You will also have had
previous experience working in Asia, building relationships with large
multi-national customers.
This role will appeal to a highly motivated individual who is a
strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for
building, developing and leading sales teams. Most important, is that
you are energetic and driven to succeed.
