As our next Drill & Blast Supervisor reporting to the Drill & Blast Superintendent you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.
This is a site based role operating on a 2:1 roster FIFO from Perth that will see you thrive on meeting all goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you do.

Some of your duties will include:
- Provide leadership to plan and oversee all blasting activities
- Document daily instructions in shift operation logbook
- Drill reports completed daily
- Shot plus tie in designed and approved
- Completion of blast reports
- Proactively seeking to continuously improve the methodologies of drill and blast to attain best practice
- Ensure the Cat terrain system is used to provide up to date drilling information for use in the blast design
- Minimum 2 years experience in the drill and blast department of a mining operation with supervisory experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate computer skills.
- Western Australian Shotfirer's Permit
- ASIO Clearance
