Job Description
Working as a part of the Cisco Service Sales Organization in Russia the person will be responsible for sales of the entire Service/Services/Consulting portfolio of Cisco Systems in Russia. This means the person needs to manage major direct customers and our partner business. Cisco Services portfolio covers the entire lifecycle services and includes reactive -, proactive- and consulting- services. The hired person will report to Director, Service Sales responsible for service sales in Russia. He/she will both develop close cooperation with Cisco partners and manage the direct sales activities with our key customers, especially in the public sector market segment.The scope of responsibilities at Client Services Manager position at Cisco:
■ Develop service sales plans for Cisco's SP customers in Russia in conjunction with the product account teams and Cisco's Service Organization.
■ Drive the sales of new services within Customer driving programs, service product launches and best-practices.
■ Be the Service and Support contact person for a selected Country or a region and take responsibility for the Service Business, direct and via partner.
■ Prepare service responses for RFPs and new service bids or proposals.
■ Forecasting and reporting the business, building the pipeline for the future
■ Negotiate the services aspect of overall Master Contracts. Work with Legal and Business Operations in order to effectively accomplish.
