Job Description

 
The e-Commerce team has the mission to support business growth and deliver quality services for customers and other stakeholders through digital transformation on all digital touch points including web, mobile, social media, SMS, email and apps.
 
Accountabilities and activities
 
The Business Analyst is responsible for driving the implementation of digital projects. Scope of work includes:

• Support the project manager in project setup and implementation
• Design user experience and user journey on digital platforms, and prepare specification(s) accordingly 
• Understand, and gather business and user requirements
• Prepare all project documentations such as RFP, requirements and progress reports.
• Co-ordinate and manage vendors during vendor selection, project implementation and maintenance to ensure quality and timely implementation 
• Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing, prepare test cases and test data
• Assist in strategic planning and development of e-Commerce projects
• Provide recommendation on e-Commerce technology.

To be successful in the position, you should have

• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Management Information Systems/E-commerce.
• Possess 3 - 6 years of hands-on working experience.
• Good track record and experience in payment gateway integration, e-Commerce shop, medium to large scale e-Services system
• Good understanding on e-Commerce technology on various digital channels
• Strong knowledge and experience in web development languages such as ASP.NET, XML, HTML 4/5, Javascript, PHP, etc.
• Good analytic minds and communication skills. Ability to work with vendors and users from different background
• Good knowledge and experience in SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL Database, SSL encryption, digital certificate
• Experience in mobile app/site development
• Has knowledge on Content Management System such as SiteCore, Wordpress, Joomla as well as Email Newsletter system
• Competent on documenting business requirement, process flow and test cases
• Attention to details and proactive in solving problems
• PMP/PRINCE2 credential is an advantage
• Knowledge in IIS server is preferred but not essential
