We have been retained by one of leading consumer good, food & baverage company based in United States. The companyhas net sales of more than $30 billion and six business segments including Chocolate, Food, Drinks, etc. We are looking for candidates with experience in leading Multinational Companies ( FMCG ) exposure with  good knowledge of Modern Markets , Traditional Markets and working with dealers / distributors to fullfill the position to be placed in some areas in Indonesia.  The company offers an exciting environment for growth and a very professional work culture

Responsibilities:

• To ensure Regional Development plan is in place every fiscal year
• To ensure growth of Selling out, Active Outlet, and profitable business growth
• To ensure Distribution Replenishment within assigned region
• To ensure TOP DOWN trade marketing program is properly executed, monitored, and evaluated on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly basis
• To ensure all marketing activities is in line with set brand strategy & Budget
• To ensure distributors are performed based on set KPI's through proper , distributor management principles based on distribution coverage plan
• To ensure company policy & procedures is implemented & comply
• To ensure market, consumer, and customer insights are up dated on ORC
• To ensure Operational expenses & Marketing Claim is fully verified, approved,  timely submitted & analysed with complete supporting documents.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, 25- 32 Years Old
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a relatively large- sized diversified organization with 3 years experience as Area Sales Manager position.
• Bachelor Degree
• Fluent in English both in oral and written is a must
• Multi-cultural adaptability and good interpersonal skills, has working experiences in a Multinational Company is an advantage
• Demonstrate the ability in strategic and conceptual thinking
• Good presentation and negotiating skills
