Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (TSK-DSG-QS)

Responsibilities:
- Take off quantities for projects from Tender Drawings and Tender Documents
- Prepare costing of projects
- Sourcing for quotations from suppliers, general contractors and sub-contractors
- Measurement / breakdown of quantities
- Prepare price comparision and contracts
- Prepare progress claims and project final account
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 27 years old
- Minimum 5 years experience is required in commercial structures / buildings
