Responsibilities:
Implement Productivity and Efficiency changes and monitor these changes
as required by Cash Director and Cash Improvements Director to improve
Productivity in the Cash Services Operationin line with the company
policies and guidelines and business objectivesto overall improve the
Company’s Gross Margin.
Requirements:
- Min age 35 years old
- Hold minimum of bachelor degree any major
- Having experience minimum 2 years management experience in a transportation and or security services organisation.
- Responsible for actively assist in new branch preparation, opening and operations where directed.
- General Affairs and Project Management knowledge and practical skills
- Proven productivity and efficiency qualifications and implementation abilityvia six sigma black belt or similar.
- Must have Organization, planning, development skills and leadership skills
- Used to work under pressure and deadline
- Good in English both oral and written
- Excellent in computer skill (MS Office, Power points, etc)
