Hotel HR Training Assistant Manager/Manager Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

Identifying
training and development needs within an organization through job
analysis and regular consultation with operational managers and human
resources department;
-
Design, deliver and develop training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual needs;
-
Trainee recruitment from Tourism Academy/School in program On The Job Training, Monitor and review the progress of the program;
-
Design and deliver Employee Relation Programs.
Requirements:

Male/Female, max 36 years old.

Min.Diploma degree, preferably from Tourism Academy

At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Trainer in hotel industry will be an advantage.

Well groomed, mature, good english verbal and written, computer literate.
