Asst Event Manager
Bali

Responsibilities:

• Calculate budgets, adjust and calculate ROI (Return Of Investment) of each event
• Prepare invitations and send out at appropriate time.
• Promote the event using flyers, cold calling, and social media as examples of ways to spark attention.
• Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.
• Define company brand through events.
• Pay vendors for their participation in the event.
• Provide receipts if needed.
• Ensure day of event goes smoothly.
• Give final approval for items such as music and menus.
• Make sure event held can raised up the brand and revenue of the company
• Looking for sponsorship each event held

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Music/Performing Arts Studies or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Entertainment/Performing Arts or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
